Sue Cook RSW

Sue Cook is the owner and operator of Family TLC. She has been working in family counselling since the early 1980s, helping thousands of people achieve their mental health and wellness goals.

Sue’s experience spans the public sector, including education, non-profit and government agencies. She also has educational experience with First Nations communities.

In 2000, Sue launched her private practice, expanding it in 2012 to include other therapists. Her business acumen and vision have led to several innovative initiatives at Family TLC, including:

  • A customized software program for private practice
  • A clinical training program for private practice
  • The Family TLC app (currently in development)

Sue prioritizes company culture and is committed to improving the lives of the Family TLC team, clients and community.

An accomplished speaker, Sue shares her expertise through workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, presentations, webinars and interviews. Her audiences include mental health professionals, lawyers, teachers and doctors.

Sue’s passion for mental health and wellness, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, has established her as a leader in family counselling.
