Sue Cook is the owner and operator of Family TLC. She started working in this profession in the early 1980’s and has had the opportunity and privilege of assisting thousands of people reach their mental health and wellness goals. She has experience in the public sector working in education, non-profit and government agencies. She also has educational experience with First Nations.
In 2000 her passion for making lives better came to fruition as she began running her own practice. In 2012 this expanded as she began to invite others to join her business. Sue’s business savvy and big vision have guided her as she has built some leading edge components to Family TLC. She customized a computer software program for private practice, built the first year (and working of the second) of Family TLC clinical training program for private practice, and most recently is developing the Family TLC app. Sue understands the value of company culture and the importance of making lives better for the Family TLC team. clients, and the community.
Sue enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with other mental health professionals, lawyers, teachers, doctors and more! Through workshops, lunch and learns, presentations, webinars, and interviews, Sue loves to share her expertise to those in the community and beyond
