Counselling in Newmarket
Newmarket is the home of the second office Family TLC ever opened! Roughly 3 years ago we began offering in-person sessions in the Newmarket area on Main Street.
At the moment this is a smaller office space with only 2 therapy rooms but we have hopes to move into a bigger space soon to serve more individuals, couples, families, and children in the surrounding York region. With multiple therapists working out of this office as well as options virtually, our team of therapists is so excited to help those reach their mental health and wellness goals.
We believe everyone deserves a fresh start and at Family TLC we’re here to help people in an around the Newmarket Region make their lives better.
Due to the structural constraints of the buildings we are presently renting, we are unable to offer in-person services to those whom need accessible entranceways or elevators. As a result, we provide alternative options such as virtual or telephone services, ensuring that they are equally effective.

Wendy Lee

Wendy has over 15 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, insomnia, grief and loss, relationship issues, boundary-setting issues, acculturation issues, and transitions through difficult life circumstances. She has also worked with numerous couples and has been formally trained in the Gottman Therapy for Couples Counselling.
Kaitlin Coker
Newmarket
Kaitlin has experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, child behaviour, ADHD/ADD, self-esteem, relationship struggles, trauma, emotions and self-identity.
