Meghan is completing her graduate degree of Social Work (MSW) with the intention to practice psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families. Meghan is passionate about therapy as she has witnessed first-hand the opportunities it provides for growth, self-awareness, and empowerment.
Her goal in counselling sessions is to create warm, supportive, and non-judgemental spaces for people to tell their stories and be heard. In session, you will work alongside Meghan to make sense of reoccurring thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and help feel more deeply connected to yourself and those around you. Meghan has worked with women experiencing violence in their relationships for the last 10 years and has a special interest in working with survivors of sexual assault, relationship issues, stress management, and trauma.
Meghan works alongside adults (18+) on a sliding payment scale, is 2SLGBTTQ+ allied, and regularly supervised by an experienced MSW. If you are feeling weighed down by your feelings or life circumstances, make an appointment to meet with Meghan. She recognizes that reaching out for support is courageous, will work with you to identify the root causes of your difficulties, and is committed to walking alongside you as to gain personal growth and self-awareness.
