Elizabeth Sulima is a Registered Social Worker. She completed her Masters of Social Work at the University of Toronto and has spent the last three years working with youth and teens adult individuals, couples and their families. Her past work also includes working within the elementary school system with a focus on learning disabilities, research in learning and development in child populations, and supporting patients throughout chronic illness. Elizabeth’s current work at Family TLC focuses mostly on collaborating with individuals and couples (11 years or older) in reaching their individualized goals by integrating evidence based techniques such as mindfulness, DBT, SFBT, attachment, and relational based therapies.
She believes that each individual holds core strengths within them and strives to maintain a safe space where each client feels understood.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys the outdoors and balances her time by walking her dog, connecting with nature and her spirituality, and spending time with loved ones. She is excited to begin her journey at Family TLC and is looking forward to learning more about all that Simcoe County has to offer.
