Everyone grieves differently. There are many healthy ways to deal with the pain. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.

Bereavement

Loss

Loss can come in many forms such as: loss of a pet, moving, loss of a job, divorce, loss of capacity (injury, illness). Sometimes life sucks. The feelings you have are your feelings - they are normal and an essential part of the healing process. Suicide

  • They detach themselves from family, friends or other significant connections
  • They justify them self not being around
  • They have attempted suicide previously
  • They have a plan
