Everyone feels depressed or anxious sometimes. It is human nature. But when the feelings do not go away on their own or start interfering with your daily life, there could be something else going on.Depression and anxiety are the most common mental health issues for both men and women.

The symptoms of depression are :increase or decrease in appetite and or weight gain/loss, sad despairing moods, sleep problems, loss of interest in work, hobbies, people, withdrawn from family members or friends, feeling useless, pessimistic, hopeless, agitated, irritable, trouble concentrating, crying easily, thoughts of suicide.

Anxiety

One of the most common symptoms of anxiety is fear, which includes the fear of dying. You may fear that the chest pains you are having are a deadly heart attack or that the shooting pains in your head is the result of a tumor or aneurysm. You feel an intense fear when you think of dying, or you may think of it more often than normal, or can’t get it out of your mind.
